My name is Nikos Mermigas and I am the School’s founder and author of the E-Book & workbook: Master Trading – Simple & Effective.
I was born and grew up in Germany and came to Greece in 1993. I was 21 years old and worked as a musician and music teacher. Yes I am that old but you know what they say: Age brings Reason!
As a Music teacher I spent many years travelling with my job and juggling my family life. I finally came to the realization that this was not the life I wanted and along with a close friend I searched out that perfect job that would give me back my life and freedom.
I had experimented with the Stock market and through my quest for something better I discovered that the Forex Market very nicely met my “Freedom” Criteria. I have to say it was love at first sight. But I am sure you probably know by now, falling in love is the easy part, working on the relationship can be the hardest thing you ever do!
Since I had made up my mind that this was going to be my future I was determined to master the Forex Market and although mastering it meant much sacrifice on my part I was determined to succeed. I was going to find that one “perfect system”
Just like many of you I struggled through many books, courses, systems and coaches but did not achieve the mastery I knew would buy me back my freedom.
As I studied and practiced I took the information I thought useful, and started creating my own rules and subsequently my own trading system.
It took me a while to perfect but I created rules and followed them with patience and discipline. Remember I was in love and we all know when you are in love patience is a very difficult virtue to summon. That being said my patience finally paid off, things started to turn in my favor. When I doubled my account I knew I had succeeded!
I believed in myself and my rules.
Looking back, I now see that trading is not hard to learn at all. It truly can be very easy.
We all have the tendency to complicate things without having a real reason to do so and that, in my opinion, is why so many people loose in the Forex market.
Many people have asked me why I teach if I am successful at trading and the answer if very simple:
I absolutely love trading but remember my profession is that of a teacher so it is inherently in my blood.
Some of my friends approached me to learn my system and eventually I created a site to help facilitate teaching them. Before I knew it, word of my system started spreading like a grape vine and I had to start formalizing the training just to keep up with varying schedules and demand.
Without planning it the school was borne and so here we are and here you are. How it happened was unplanned but I am very happy it turned out this way as I have made many new friends and I get to do the two things I love doing, trading and teaching.
The basic philosophy and goal of my system was and is to cut my losses and let the winners run.
With the Spartan Trader Fx System we take time to teach you step by step, in a very relaxed environment. My aim is to teach you the right way so that you don’t have to struggle the way I did and do this while having fun.

Hello fellow traders!
My name is Kostas and I am a professional violist, I teach music and I work in a national radio orchestra.
I am married and proud of my two great sons. I like my work, but things got difficult when my economic situation started to change and (together with my friend Nikos) I looked for opportunities to raise my income.
Trading the forex market looked quite promising and we jumped in without asking any questions.
I was full of hope, excited and confident to make millions “over night”. Like you can imagine, things did not work quite as I have planed, so like most people I had to learn and understand the hard way.
You might already know what that means. I lost all the invested money very fast…and not only once. In situations like that it is not easy to continue a path which first looked like the golden opportunity and later you find out that you actually have to work on yourself, and to find confidence to stand up every time you fall down hard.
But what kept me going, you might want to know!?
I was lucky to have a friend that supported me during this hard period. Nikos was there to give my confidence when I most needed it, and I was there for him in difficult times. And you can trust me; we had a lot of difficulties back then.
What I want to say in a few words is; Friendship, support, passion and patience are the most important virtues if you want to succeed in trading.
These virtues changed me from a looser into a winner, from losing money to make a consistence income.
And now the best part; Being a member and student here at Spartan Trader FX Academy is all about these virtues I explained earlier. It gives you the opportunity to bypass most hurdles I had, just by applying the Spartan trading system and learning from our knowledge and experience.
I being part of this team makes me proud and a much better trader!

Hi Folks… My name is Gail Corbeil and I have been trading for the last 5 years…. well to be honest for part of those 5 years I would not exactly call it trading.
Picture a rat in a bucket of water trying to grab on to the plastic sides… sad sight isn’t it.. well that was me. But either I was too persistent or not smart enough to know when to quit.. but FINALLY everything came together and I realized that trading loved me as much as I loved it. More importantly I have a very deep passion for teaching ( and quite frankly I am unashamedly good at it ) so along with my battle scars I picked up the gauntlet and decided to help others avoid some of the pitfalls I did, one half drowned rat is enough !
I wear many hats one of which is the writer for Spartan Trader FX Academy. One of my greater strengths in this capacity is breaking down difficult topics into simple stories so that even a child can grasp the core concept.
I write articles that are loaded in the members area and I often base these articles on topics that students have had difficulty with during a training session.
In my trading life I have encountered some very good schools and some not so very honest individuals. I am quite pleased to say that Spartan Trader FX is amongst the “Very Good “ category if not altogether one of the best I have encountered.

I’m a professional radio producer for approximately 20 years and most recently a trader over the last 3 years.
The “bad part” of trading journey was not (thank God) so long for me because I found almost from the start the Spartan Trader Fx team. I feel lucky because the right people gave me the right directions about trading and how to succeed with this. Everything became easy and profitable and now that I know the system I work with Spartan Traders FX to teach others how to do it. I can honestly say that trading gives me pleasure and satisfaction very similarly to my radio show!
I love to communicate with people and share lovely songs with my audience. This is probably why I enjoy teaching so much; it brings pleasure to me and those I teach.
Trading for me is very gratifying, I love to understand and “read” the forex market and using simple rules to place my trade. Knowledge in combination with action is power… team work is also quite powerful and we have both at Spartan Traders Academy.
I congratulate on taking time to explore our school, hopefully I will be able to meet you one day in one of our classes.

Hi, I’m retired and living in Southern California. I have two daughters and three grandchildren. I volunteer my time, quite a bit and have lots of hobbies also, so I can’t sit in front of the computer all day.
I’ve always enjoyed investing in stocks and commodities and the Forex market but never made any money at it; I just considered it another hobby. Then a friend told me to check out the course Nikos gives. I could tell right away that I was into something different when I got a long questionnaire from Nikos. He wanted to know about why I was trading Forex and what my background was, and what my goals were, etc. etc. I never had that much interest from anyone else that I paid money to. They seem to be glad to get your sign-up fee then they don’t want to hear from you again unless it’s to sign you up for more courses or a monthly subscription to a “hot-line”. When you sign up with Nikos you become part of a family where we all help each other succeed. That’s the great part of the Spartan Trading System. If I can help someone else avoid the mistakes I made trying other systems, I am only too happy to do so!

Hi! My name is Doreen and I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I am a nurse and a teacher by profession.
I first learned about forex trading the last week of January 2007 when my aunt showed me what she was doing. Within 10 minutes, I said, “I can do this!” That was the beginning of my journey into the forex market.
It wasn’t long before I was playing with the charts but I really had no idea what I was doing. I knew I needed help but did not know where to go. Here in PEI there really are not many traders which mean little to any Forex classes. Lucky for me I had my aunt who had a diverse trading circle.
I eventually signed up with an online instructor. This experience was a very bad one for me and one which left me with some very bad trading baggage. It was that single experience that impacted how I traded until quite recently. Although I had another instructor it was Nikos who finally made the difference. His patience and simple trading style helped me shed much of the trading baggage I had accumulated. The rules were simple and he made trading fun. I never thought that I would get here. I hoped and dreamt about it but at times thought that was unattainable. I was determined to conquer the Forex Market. I persisted and now I am successful AND…. I have a life too!!! I enjoy trading very much. It is easy, fun, and best of all I don’t have to be in front of the computer all day.
I am now through Spartan Trader Forex Academy assisting other aspiring traders achieves their dream. At Spartan Traders we have all experienced the psychological turmoil that is part and parcel of learning to trade. This experience helps us work more effectively with our students as we have probably made every mistake you have made and are yet to make.

Greetings Everyone,
My name is Yannis and I live in Athens Greece.
I have been in the IT banking industry for almost 20 years now. My role within the bank was to install and configure trading platforms. I have been doing this for a very long time but believe it or not that is all I did as far as my interaction with trading! I did nothing more. Whenever I saw all the multiscreens, charts, lines, colours etc, my eyes would pop out!
I really admired all those people who could read this information.
One day my curiosity got the better of me and I started asking questions about “trading” which was what the dealers in the bank did. The more I found out the more interested I became.
Finally I decided to give it a shot so I started browsing the internet gathering every bit of information I could. It was very frustrating as the more I searched the more I was getting confused. There were so many people promising easy money with no real effort. This did not seem realistic.
One day I saw Nikos’ site inviting the public to Skype him! (He was a very brave man!) After our first conversation I knew that he was the one.
Nikos is honest, direct, and very friendly. Since that day I have grown in my knowledge of trading. I now understand those charts that mesmerized me in the past. The lines, colours, they all make so much sense now and I really enjoy trading. His system is exactly as described in the e-book. Simple and effective.
I consider myself lucky for finding Nikos and following his system has turned my dream into a reality. I am sure after you have tried the system you will understand my enthusiasm.
I now don’t just configure those platforms, I trade them.
